Refund policy
If you purchase something from us and suffer buyer’s remorse for whatever reason, please be aware that we will NOT accept it as a return. If you have changed your mind about a preorder, we will generally consider refunds however, there will be a restocking fee of 10% for all cancelled orders. If you wish to cancel a preorder, please contact us directly.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have reason to suspect you of flipping our products for profit. In all cases we will contact you before cancelling your order. Please be aware that if we do cancel your order a small fee will be applied to cover Paypal fees. If you order more than one of the same product we may also contact you about your order.
If you are buying a pedal, please select the appropriate shipping option. Your order will not be processed until you have paid the full shipping amount. If the balance is not paid promptly, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
If your pedal arrives and has obviously been damaged in transit, do not try to use the pedal, do not hook a power supply up to it. Please take a picture of it and the damaged packaging so we can put in a claim. We will let you know what to do with the damaged pedal, don’t hoy it in the bin. We may ask you to return it to us.
In some cases it might not be possible to replace your pedal one for one (for example if it was from a limited run or if we don’t have any more of the the same coloured enclosure), but we will do out best to work something out.
If your pedal doesn’t arrive but tracking says that is has, there’s nothing we can do, but we will give you whatever information you need to file a claim.
