With through hole JFETS becoming harder to find and the cost from reliable sellers rising, it's time to take matters into your own hands.
SMD JFETS are easy to source and cheap. If you have a chisel tip soldering Iron its relatively easy to solder. (youtube is your friend. )
This board works for MMBFJ201 and MMBF5457. Others may work but you would have to check the spec sheet.
